Nobody can read thousands of comments in YouTube, so brand managers, creators and buyers doing their research never really know what people said about a topic.
We read every single comment, classify it, and show you the percentages. Brands see what needs attention, creators see what to make more of, and buyers see what other users really think.
The complaints you never hear, the questions nobody answered, the reasons people chose something else. It is all in the comments, and now it is classified for you.
Discover exactly what viewers praised, what they complained about, and what they said about your products, services and brand.
More for brands →The questions your audience asked that no video answered, and how many people asked each one. See the gaps your next video can fill.
More for creators →What people who actually own it said. Praise, complaints, comments and more, all helping you to make better and more informed buying decisions.
More for shoppers →Uncover the questions, complaints, praise and more. You set the rules for each one. It watches, you reply.

Write what you want to find for the tab you have selected. Leave a tab blank to keep that alert off. Changes apply to new comments with all earlier results staying in your list.
Write naturally in a sentence, a paragraph or a list. You don’t need to put each thing on a separate line or answer every bullet point in our example placeholder text.
To reply to a comment, click Open on YouTube and scroll down to the comments. The comment will be at the very top, labelled “Highlighted comment”.

I don't like how they switched to cheaper chassis materials. Anodized Aluminum will show wear and scratches quickly unless it's type 3 hard. For the price we should have the polished stainless or titanium. Still have the iPhone X which is way higher in quality compared to the 18.
My name is Sanu, and I’m from India. I’m planning to buy the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB. Do you think I should buy this phone? I mainly want to use it for normal everyday use, and I want to keep it for 4–5 years. Would this be a good choice for me
The Burgundy is honestly pretty incredible looking in person. All four colors are fantastic this time.
Talking about the crease, he said he’s never seen a crease done better. As a tech YouTuber who reviews thousands of phones, there’s no way he didn’t know about the Oppo Find N6. Either he somehow missed it, or he’s just another Apple fanboy chasing every little change and calling it innovation.
I've had a 13 pro max since it came out and I love it. Is this a good year to upgrade?
You can definitely see the benefits of variable aperture if you take a photo of close object or a book page.
Apple acting like the s9 didn’t do this already like 7 or 8 years ago
1:30 I have Galaxy s25 Ultra, it barely lasts a full day (when it was new it barely lasted too). My wife has iphone 17 pro - it lasts almost 2 days (and lasted full 2 days when new). That’s the only reason she didn’t switch to Android yet.
Boy, that’s a bummer that the dock doesn’t move to the other side. For me, it’s just another reason to not get one. The Duo isn’t a great iPhone, and it’s a clunky iPad. For me it misses on both. I’d rather buy a great iPhone and a great iPad that meet my needs, than a gimmick that is just-okay at both uses.
Our report answers the questions everyone asks, but the questions that really matter are yours. That’s why we hand you the complete file: you drop it into your favourite AI and ask it what you need to know.
Bridge the gap between data and actionable market intelligence. A report tells you what people said. The file lets you keep asking until you know what it means for you: follow one topic, check one figure, pull every comment behind it.
Works with any paid AI assistant that accepts a file. Nothing is uploaded to us.
412 comments in the complaint set mention the price. Most of them compare it with a cheaper option the commenter already owns.
Your reports are always private: we don’t log your searches, nor do we keep anything about you on our server. Nobody can see your reports unless you give them the link.
Select two or three reports in your dashboard and we compile them into one specialised file. A comparison holds thousands of variables, far too many to squeeze into a single report, so you download the file, drop it into your own AI and interrogate it until you have every answer you need.
Set alerts on the videos you choose, and know the moment a comment is worth answering.
The price is set by how many comments the report reads. You see it before you pay, and pay only when the report is built.
Prices in Australian dollars, GST included.
YouTube gives you all the data you need for free through its official API. It gives you exactly what YouTube holds, nothing is sampled and nothing is guessed. That’s the exact data you need for a report and it’s what we read. Your API key stays in your browser and talks to YouTube directly; it never passes through us, and we never see it.
It takes about five minutes to set up, once, and we walk you through every click. If you’re not sure how to do it we even have an automated AI way to assist you. There is simply no better way to get the exact data straight from YouTube.
For a single report, you won’t need an OpenAI key. It runs on ours. If you want unlimited reports and comment alerts on the videos you choose, you’ll need to bring your own key, and that is the whole reason we can offer unlimited access. We looked at every way of pricing this, and this is the one with no limit hidden inside it. No monthly allowance to run out of, no tier to upgrade to, no counting comments. Run every report you want, set alerts for every video you need, and the only thing we charge is $29 a month for the tool. Your key stays in your browser, we never see it, and it takes a few minutes to set up. We walk you through every click.
Yes. Who Says So runs on the official YouTube Data API and has passed YouTube’s API compliance review. Every report is built the way YouTube’s policies require, carries the Developed with YouTube mark under YouTube’s branding guidelines, and links every excerpt back to the comment it came from on YouTube. We report what people said; we don’t scrape, store or resell YouTube’s data.
Every comment is read once and put in one of eight kinds: praise, complaint, question, tip, correction, memory, hate or other, and given a lean: positive, negative or neutral. Every percentage on the report carries the count behind it, and every count opens the comments it was made from, so you never take a figure on faith. If a video had its comments switched off, or anything couldn’t be read, the report says so on its face rather than pretending.
